01 — BACKGROUND
I'm Harmony, and I hold an Associate's in Computer Science and a Bachelor's in Product Design from UT Dallas, a program that sits at the intersection of design, communication, and product development. I'm currently pursuing a Master's in Marketing with a focus on product management.
02 — APPROACH
I'm drawn to the gap between what a product does and how it feels to use. I like figuring out why something doesn't quite work and making it better. My approach is about paying attention—to what people actually do, not just what they say, to where they get stuck, and to the decisions that shape whether something feels intuitive or confusing.
03 — OUTSIDE OF WORK
After hours, you can find me spending time with family, exploring new cities, or baking.
